Boot Camp Day 17 Day 11


Since Tuesday there is no longer good ....
The last three day more than the allowed number of calories came and puked after that and made sport - I'm quite ready ...

Actually, I made my shoulders to not throw up * shrugs *
But then I'm over the allowed amount came and had such a guilty conscience ...

I have (almost) started to work crying because I have since eaten a chocolate bar ... =.=

But that will again > \u0026lt;
change for the entire week I have designed a plan to which I will now keep me enslaved! The
begins at 6 (for ringing alarm clock) and ends the evening by 22 clock!

-6 Clock in the morning - get up alarm clock ringing,
nach 6-quarter clock in the morning - breakfast (depending on the day to keep the food)
clock-6:30 am - go jogging
clock-7:30 am - Showering
-clock shortly before 8 am - from the house on the way to work

-clock in the morning from 9 am to 4:30 pm - Work (if still allowed in the lunch break for a snack)

-clock in the afternoon of 5 to 7 or 8 clock in the evening - the gym (where do I sign up tomorrow ^ - ^)
-clock in the evening from 9 to 9:30 or 10 clock in the evening watching TV or with music or crunches

-ins after the final washing / care bed and sleep

With this plan, nothing can go wrong! As I get safely to the April (moving) a few kilos back down ^. ~!
