Phew .... after an FA is a crock of shit .... But by jogging and eating less, I got the back half-way to get a grip .... -.- (Thank God!)

The day before yesterday overturned in the bathroom ...
And yesterday evening after work we went even just ... (From colleagues was accompanied to the station - ....) saupeinlich
Bin fully in the ass XD
But even in a portable sense.
Challenge runs fine so far. Today, there are morning
52.4 kg on the scale ^ - ^
God - finally back in the 52ern!
And hopefully soon in the 50s ..... and then 50 *-*!

Fenton Authentic Handmade
Sun .. long long laid flat and could not write about it. Right now

Yesterday, the new challenge started.
Weight Loss Challenge, no special diet or rules laid down.
'm curious how much I can do until Sunday to lose ^ ^ °
Only I must damn careful when it comes to drinking ... Bring water and so on ...
That I'm still a little sick and problems with circulation, is currently clean corrosive .... I can make no sport without directly after one minute because of the hoax to fold ..
must wait until cycle is again more stable and I am completely healed before I can start again with sports.

Two days is not written ...
Why? Because
exactly occurred, is what I feared in my last post:
I'm sick.
But really ...
Have the weekend flat situated to something else I was not capable.
Today it is not so much better.
Was the doctor today that has me written directly for the first time a week sick.
Only Positive it: sickness, the body consumes and burns a lot in the reserves. And since I
because of gastrointestinal problems that can not really take me, I will with some luck at the end of the week again have a little less on the scale ... 1kg perhaps? Or more?
We'll see ...

That was on November 9 the next test. I rented it, as already mentioned in isntitute Goethe, in Berlin.

All I have arranged, but apart from U3. At first I could not even understand what it is and hope for the best. But after sitting on the internet, I realized that the result of lower than 3. I can not even understand how could this happen! How can I make below minimum "Yes, of course I want to believe that perhaps I was just a mistake put crosses, ak computer is not considered, but that's nobody important. Draw conclusions that Dafa language skills are not enough, and need more hand-stuffed on courses these tests .....
I do not like the fact that passing language tests to become a habit, but on Tuesday, 9th of November I hand Daf in Berlin, the Goethe Institute, otpishites how everything goes.
